Scotland’s next generation nail brand The Nail Yard Edinburgh, has launched a new eco-friendly nail bar within Fletcher’s Cottage Spa on the Archerfield Estate in East Lothian. The new facility, called The Nail Yard at Archerfield, is opening on 6th April and will be available six days a week Mon-Sat from 10am to 6pm for non-residents and accommodation guests.
The new nail bar adds a welcome dynamic to Fletcher’s Cottage Spa - recently voted The Sunday Times’ best spa in Scotland - by offering customers the award-winning Nail Yard experience of luxurious hand and feet treatments that enhance wellbeing while protecting the environment.
The Nail Yard at Archerfield has curated a bespoke menu of treatments carefully and lovingly tailored to the needs of the client, while incorporating natural ingredients that enhance beauty and nail health, while minimising the use of chemicals and toxins. The result is the ultimate, conscience free luxurious experience that enhances beauty and wellness, whilst being kind to the planet.
The menu includes advanced manicures and pedicures from globally recognised brands Margaret Dabbs London, Medi Manicures and Pedicures from Elim as well as industry leading gel polishes from Bio Sculpture, a science backed brand synonymous for delivering beautiful, healthy nails.
Signature treatments include Margaret Dabbs TM Supreme Manicure with Treatment Gloves, a unique 50 minute deep-hydration nail and hand treatment using the full range of Margaret Dabbs™ Fabulous Hands professionally formulated products with anti-aging properties, finished with an application of Bio Sculpture polish or Gel.
Also featuring will be the popular Elim Advanced Medi Foot Treatment, a four-phase pedicure starting with Elim’s Callus Tonic to remove hard skin, an alpha hydroxy acid to exfoliate the lower legs and feet, an ultra-rich clay mask to purify and detoxify the skin, finished off with an application of foot protector balm and a brilliant shade of Bio Sculpture Gel.
Designed by interior designer Siân Parry Jones, the new nail bar combines effortless style with organic elements, including oak wood flooring and eye-catching woodland sanctuary wallpaper for that ‘outside in’ ambiance. A naturally restored oak wood nail bar tabletop sits at the centre of the salon to create a feeling of connectedness for customers, while comfortable pedicure chairs complete with cosy blankets deliver the ultimate of luxurious experiences.
