Fringe by the Sea

The AMAZING Fringe by the Sea kicks off next Friday (6th Aug), the 2021 Festival cramming over 200 events into just ten days.

Despite looking a little bit different from what we’re used to, being spread out across North Berwick in various covered open venues, we can still expect the usual mix of comedy, music, books, conversation and family fun by the bucket load.

Headliners include the already sold-out Basement Jaxx, Lulu and Peat & Diesel; award-winning authors Maggie O’Farrell and Lemn Sissay feature in the literary programme; Reginald D Hunter, Simon Evans and BBC Radio 6 Music poet in residence Murray Lachlan Young lay on the laughs, while kids will love storytime, family raves, street dance and silent disco adventures and explosive entertainment with Brainiac Live.
