Karele Equine is the East Lothian Ladies Charity of the Year 2018/2019.
Karele Equine works with children who suffer mental health, anxiety or isolation issues. The human and horse bond has long been used to help people to overcome trauma and the Karele horses and ponies are literally changing lives of local children.
As part of their fundraising, Karele also run ‘Own a Pony’ days for all, and you can also sponsor their horses and ponies in exchange for the chance to visit, groom, cuddle and ride them. Follow the Karele Equine Facebook page for more information.
